Your mission
We are looking for a Junior System Administrator to help maintain and improve our internal IT infrastructure. In this role, you will manage internal support requests, administer our Windows-based systems and CRM, and ensure the smooth daily operation of our IT environment. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining our internal wiki, providing basic Business Intelligence (BI) support, and configuring our SharePoint environment. This role is ideal for someone technically skilled, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a growing international team.
- Respond to internal IT support tickets and provide technical assistance to colleagues.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external IT service providers regarding escalated issues and ongoing projects.
- Maintain and support our Windows environment, including user accounts, system updates, and permissions management.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of hardware and software, including laptops, printers, networking devices, and mobile devices.
- Manage user accounts and access rights across platforms (e.g., Active Directory, Exchange).
- Maintain our CRM system, research potential ERP solutions, and support their implementation.
- Monitor IT systems, perform regular backups, and ensure system stability and availability.
- Support the implementation and enforcement of IT security policies and data protection standards.
- Oversee the monthly review and update of the internal wiki to ensure accuracy, relevance, and accessibility.
- Assist with basic BI tasks, including data collection, dashboard preparation, and reporting.
